Inspection alerts you to any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:
InterNACHI® inspectors are trained and certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the world’s largest association of residential and commercial property inspectors. InterNACHI® provides its members with accredited training and education, expert advice, and peer support—all to help them serve their homeowner-clients with the highest-quality inspections for their largest investments.
MY INSPECTIONS:
As a first-time home buyer, be sure to get a copy of "Now That You've Had a Home Inspection" from your InterNACHI inspector.  This book is full of valuable information that will help you keep your home safe and in top condition for years to come. Call your InterNACHI inspector for a seasonal or annual Home Maintenance Inspection.

Are you selling your home? Let an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector inspect it before you even list it.
A Move-In Certified home has been pre-inspected, which means that the seller can confirm that there are no major systems in need of immediate repair or replacement, and no known safety hazards. A Move-In Certified Seller Inspection informs you of any defects or problems with your home so that you can address them before prospective buyers discover them. You can then take the time you need to obtain reasonable repair estimates.
It takes a lot of energy to heat, cool, and operate a home. Most home buyers have no idea how much it will cost them to operate their home once they move in. Current homeowners do not fully understand how much energy and, therefore, money is being wasted by their home. And if they did understand, neither home buyers nor homeowners would know what to do about it. The Home Energy Report will give the home buyer a quick understanding of:
  • how much the home will cost to operate (once they move in);
  • where energy (and, therefore, money) is being wasted in the home; and
  • what can be done to save energy and increase comfort after they move in.

Green Certified homes are healthier, more environmentally friendly, and economically smarter than the average home. Green Certified is a designation for homes that use design features, technologies and products that:
  • improve their energy efficiency;
  • reduce pollution;
  • provide healthier indoor air;
  • increase the occupants' comfort;
  • reduce water usage;
  • preserve natural resources;
  • increase the homes' durability;
  • make the homes quieter.

"Aging in place" is the phenomenon describing senior citizens' ability to live independently in their homes for as long as possible. Those who age in place will not have to move from their present residence in order to secure necessary support services in response to their changing needs. During Aging-in-Place Inspections Inspector may recommend corrections and adaptations to the home to improve maneuverability, accessibility, and safety for elderly occupants.
